Does AB2109 violate the federal constitution?

New laws that are currently being passed will greatly reduce your rights. If passed, your 12 year old child will have the ability to get vaccinated without the parents consent. Vaccinations will be mandatory regardless of the parents belief.

Rule #120365 Encompasses personal religious beliefs as a basis of exemption. Federal court upheld

first amendment protection for religious objections to immunizations and require only that the
applicant hold a sincere belief that is religious in nature.  • If this waiver requirements involve healthcare providers pertaining to exemptions that are of a

personal religious belief this would be a complete violation of the first amendment of the US constitution.

! I am sure you have been getting a lot of opposition 

letters to AB2109. I have been lecturing on vaccine adverse

events and laws since 1989. What amazes me is the

absolute disregard for a parents rights to choose the type of

healthcare for their children. Being a child of 2 Holocaust

survivors, I get a little nervous when I see a citizens rights

being taken away. To force a parent to go to a MD when

they may not choose medicine for their healthcare choice

seems similar to forcing Germans to disassociate with

Jews. I know this seems like a very harsh example, but I do

not take this subject lightly. Freedom with Permission from a

MD are you kidding me?! What kind of a major conflict of

interest does Richard Pan MD have to only allow parents to

go to a MD to get permission to exercise their rights in

California and their option to waive questionable unproven

and possibly even unsafe and untested vaccinations. There

is little or no research on the safety and effectiveness of

vaccinations, but there is a huge body of evidence showing

lists of adverse events from vaccinations.
